The Grand Room
This large open plan room encompasses the lounge, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook.
The large vaulted ceiling adds to the spacious feeling of the room. There is a patio door that leads directly onto the lanai and pool area.
The Lounge
This includes two sofas (one is a bed sofa) with a 27” TV and DVD Player. The DVD player also plays as a CD player.
Dining Area
This is for those special formal meals.
Breakfast Nook and Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, smoothie maker, and gas hob and oven.
The adjacent breakfast nook has a table and 4 chairs alongside a window that overlooks the front of the property.
