Lanai and Pool Area
The lanai is situated immediately outside the patio doors leading from the great room.
This is the area which is kept undercover and has a light and plug facilities.
There is a large table with padded chairs for outside dining.
Outside of the pool area is a large garden which is ideal for all sorts of fun and games', fencing has been installed around the back or the property to ensure maximum privacy.
The spacious area is ideal for holding a BBQ in the beautiful Floridian sunshine.
